How does EMS BodyCult work?
EMS is based on high intensity focused electromagnetic energy. It is the latest technology for non-invasive body slimming and sculpting that builds muscle and burns fat at the same time. High intensity pulsed electromagnetic stimulation offers continuous muscle contraction without muscle relaxation, therefore allowing the muscle to work at its maximum capacity.

The minimum recommended number of treatments is 4, depending on your goals and BMI. The treatment is 30 minutes per session on the machine, with sessions separated by at least 2 days. Completing a full treatment series is necessary to maximize treatment efficacy. The results start to appear in as little as 2 weeks and will typically continue to improve over the next three months.
Before the treatment, you are not required to do anything special; however, keeping your body well hydrated is recommended to reduce cramping. Dress comfortably on the days of treatment.

Q: Is there any downtime with EMS BodyCult ?
A: The EMS is non-invasive and requires no recovery time or any pre/post treatment preparation. You will be able to go back to your normal activities as the lactic acid that builds up from muscle contractions, is flushed out during phase 3 of the treatment cycles.
Q: What areas does EMS treat?
A: Currently EMS treats the abdomen, hip, upper arms, upper legs for muscle toning and fat reduction, as well as treats the buttocks for lifting and volumization.
Q: What results can I expect with EMS BodyCult ?

What’s dermaplaning?
Dermaplaning is a skin treatment that uses an exfoliating blade to skim
dead skin cells and hair from your face. It’s also called microplaning or
blading.
Dermaplaning aims to make your skin’s surface smooth, youthful, and
radiant. This treatment claims to remove deep scarring from acne and
uneven pockmarks on your skin. It’s also used to remove “peach fuzz,” the
short, soft hairs on your face.
Dermaplaning can be used for any skin type, age over 18 and anyone with:

How it works
If you look at the tool used for dermaplaning treatments, you may notice it
looks like a razor you would use on your body hair.
The basic concept of dermaplaning is the same as shaving. By aiming a
sterile blade at a 45-degree angle and dragging it slowly across your skin,
you remove dead cells, scar tissue, and other debris that may be making
your skin’s surface look uneven.
Your skin is exposed daily to harsh environmental toxins, irritants, and sun
damage. This can cause the top layer of your skin to appear dull, and it can
make you look aged. Dermaplaning clears away those damaged skin cells
so newer skin cells are what you see when you look in the mirror.
Reports on how effective dermaplaning is are mostly anecdotal. Everyone
has different results, and it’s hard to objectively quantify whether the
treatment is a success or not.
The procedure
During a dermaplaning procedure, you do not feel any pain. You may feel a tingling sensation during the treatment.
After you’re relaxed, we will wash and disinfect your face. then using a
manual dermaplaning tool to scrape over your skin at a 45-degree angle.
This will continue for 20 to 30 minutes, on average, as we gently work to
exfoliate the skin.

Risks and side effects
Dermaplaning is a low-risk procedure. Side effects may include slight
redness in your face in the hours after getting the treatment. Some peopledevelop whiteheads on their skin in the day or two after dermaplaning.
Infection and scarring are rare after dermaplaning, but they do occur.
What to expect
You don’t need to plan any downtime to recover from a dermaplaning
treatment. You may experience redness or feel like your skin is scraped in
the two or three days right after the procedure.

How will the treatment be performed?
Before anything else your skin will be cleaned and all make-up removed.

Microneedling is used to treat and improve conditions like acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, loose skin, skin texture, pore size, brown spots, stretch marks, and pigment issues. It's also called skin needling, collagen induction therapy (CIT), and percutaneous collagen induction (PCI).
Microneedling increases the production of collagen and other healing factors by causing trauma to the skin. ... Aging causes the decline of collagen in the skin, contributing to wrinkles and other signs of aging.
How do I cause trauma to your skin?
I will do the Microneedling with a Microneedling Pen, also called Derma Roller which has needles and I will prick you skin between 0,5 - 1,5 mm deep.

How long does the treatment take and when do you see results from skin needling?

HYAluron
pen
The Hyaluron Pen brings you all the effects that can be achieved with an injection. Without needle and pain reduced . It is mainly used as a lip booster, but it is also used effectively in wrinkle treatment.
How does that work without a needle? With the handy hyaluron pen, I shoot cross-linked hyaluronic acid into your skin or lip.
As it is no needle there is a 0,3 mm hole in the end of the syringe which allow me to infiltrate the hyaluronic directly to the desired spot.
It is recommend to repeat the session after 4 weeks and after that you will have the result up to 9 month depend of your metabolism and life style.
As for after treatment please do not use make up for 48 hours as your skin needs to heal. Please drink up to 1,5 liter water a day as the hyaluronic is binding with water and increases its volume like that. If you don’t do this you will have not the result you wish for.
